The convenience of flash media storage is one that allows the consumer to “tote” the storage anywhere they go, very easily. The only problem is the cost and space available to do so if you plan to own your movies, like the kiosk allows. I like to wait at least a year before I watch the same movie again, unless I saw it in the theater and I just bought it after release. I don’t see this as being a solution for the long term now that internet is more readily available anywhere, even on a plane. Right now, the best solution for me is dishonline.com, which comes free with my TV subscription. I have tens of thousands of shows and movies I can access on my browser anywhere I go. The beauty of it is that I travel for work at DISH so often that I get the chance to find out about new stuff on there all the time.
